About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Area Manager. You will be responsible for managing service delivery and quality, developing new opportunities for growth and development, and providing leadership and support to the local team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all services meet statutory, contractual, and organizational standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services in a supported living or residential setting.
  • You will be familiar with CQC standards and have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.
  • You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role and have a strong leadership style.
What We Offer
  • A salary of £50,000-£65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
