Career Teachers is a leading recruitment business working with schools in Harrow to find exceptional professionals. We are currently seeking an Aspiring Educational Psychologist to join a supportive team and contribute to the mental and academic progress of pupils.

The successful candidate will have completed a Psychology degree from a Top 20 UK University, holding either a 1:1 or 2:1 (or predicted) classification. In this rewarding role, you will work alongside experienced Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other professionals to provide valuable experience and insight into the field of Educational Psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Apply your knowledge and skills gained from your Psychology degree to support the development of pupils with Special Educational Needs
  2. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored support plans and promote positive outcomes
  3. Contribute to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of interventions to enhance pupil well-being and achievement

This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £480-£550 per week (PAYE), ensuring that you are financially rewarded for your hard work and dedication. The role also provides a stable and secure environment, with regular working hours from 8.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

What You Need to Know:

  • You must hold a valid Enhanced DBS disclosure, as safeguarding and child welfare are paramount in this role
  • A relevant work visa or eligibility to work in the UK is required
