Dynamic SEN Support Role in a Thriving School Environment

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing additional support to pupils who require extra help to progress academically, socially, and behaviourally. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech & Language difficulties, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Develop and implement tailored strategies to promote academic, social, and emotional growth
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students

Requirements:
• At least a 2:1 degree in Psychology from a top-tier UK university
• Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
• Strong ambition to become a Clinical Psychologist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
