Surrey - Special Needs School Seeking Aspiring Clinical Psychologist

We are a lovely school near Godalming, catering to children aged 4-19. Our focus is on addressing the educational, social, and therapeutic needs of students, ensuring individual happiness and well-being where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

This role offers an amazing opportunity to put your studies into practice and gain hands-on experience supporting vulnerable children with additional needs. Many of the children you will be working with face various barriers due to their complex needs, and you will be instrumental in providing consistency, equipping children and young people with tools to feel safe, secure, empowered, and believe that they can succeed in life.

You will work alongside teachers and specialist staff to support students with learning difficulties, including autism, sensory impairments, physical difficulties, SEMH needs, and associated challenging behaviors. Some professionals you will work with include Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, and Counsellors.

Benefits and Additional Information

$85-$110 per day, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, term-time only
