Job Title: Academy Content Officer

LAMDA, a world-class drama school and educational charity, is seeking a highly skilled Academy Content Officer to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional vocational training in the performing arts.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with young people from diverse backgrounds and possess proven administrative experience of planning and delivering activity for young people, preferably in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies to support the organization's mission and goals
  • Collaborate with the team to design and deliver high-quality training programmes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to students, staff, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
