This organisation is a leading provider of construction services, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering high-quality projects. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be at the forefront of all business activities, from design to completion, and will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and clients.

The key responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor include:

  • Providing Health and Safety guidance across multiple sites
  • Conducting Health and Safety audits and inspections
  • Supporting the Health and Safety Manager
  • Undertaking incident investigations and implementing preventative measures to avoid similar incidents repeating
  • Driving a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the wider business
  • Engaging and working closely with all areas of the business and clients

The successful Health and Safety Advisor will hold:

  • NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent
  • Experience within Utilities, Construction, Engineering or similar

Remuneration and benefits include:

  • A basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000
  • Company car (Hybrid and Electric options) or Car allowance
  • 25 days plus Bank holiday
  • Matched Pension Scheme
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • Plus additional benefits
