We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions across Publica and partner councils.
As a Business Analyst – Digital Services, you will work closely with the ICT department to design and deploy digital customer-focused solutions across Council Services for the Forest of Dean, Cotswold & West Oxfordshire District Council, and Publica. You will stay up-to-date with new technologies and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver services and integrations into 3rd party platforms, such as payment systems and in-cab technology using the Salesforce Service Cloud system.
Your role will involve writing and carrying out testing procedures and user guides to ensure the customer journey and online self-serve are at the forefront of any project. You will need to have excellent understanding of Council Systems and Processes, at least 3 years' experience providing ICT Application support in a Council environment, and experience of working within an innovative team environment to deliver virtual and digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy digital customer-focused solutions
- Work closely with the ICT department to deliver services and integrations
- Write and carry out testing procedures and user guides
- Ensure the customer journey and online self-serve are at the forefront of any project
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Council Systems and Processes
- At least 3 years' experience providing ICT Application support in a Council environment
- Experience of working within an innovative team environment to deliver virtual and digital services
