PMO Analyst

At St. James's Place, we're seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join our Transformation and PMO Team in the Business Change Division. As a senior member of the team, you'll play a key role in supporting business-aligned portfolios of work and contributing to the overall PMO Function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PMO organizational functions and project processes, as well as proficiency in project and portfolio management tools. You'll be responsible for providing full project and programme lifecycle PMO Analyst support, including identifying and managing project risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide PMO Analyst support for project and programme lifecycles
• Identify and manage project risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Assist in budget planning and tracking for project changes
• Prepare materials for project governance meetings and document meeting outcomes
• Contribute to change management plans and facilitate smooth transitions during project executions
