We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join our Transformation Team at St. James's Place, supporting business change initiatives across multiple portfolios.

As a key member of our PMO team, you will provide comprehensive project lifecycle support, including risk management, issue tracking, and budget planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality PMO support for business change portfolios and programs.
  • Provide expertise in project management tooling and data analytics.
  • Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Assist in budget planning and tracking.
  • Prepare materials for project governance meetings and document outcomes.
  • Contribute to change management plans and facilitate smooth transitions.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of PMO functions and business change processes.
  • Proficient in project management tools and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
