We are seeking a Quality Lead to join our client's mission to benefit even more people. As a Quality Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support across our services.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the quality team in achieving outstanding care and support results.
  • To develop and implement quality strategies that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • To conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in quality management.
  • Proven track record of improving quality outcomes in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
