Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in a community hospital setting. As a Band 6/7 Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to inpatient wards, ensuring safe and effective medication management.

Key Details:

Position: Clinical/Wards
Location: Powys (Community Hospitals)
Hours: 3 Days Per Week
Contract Type: Ongoing Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £25 - £35 p/h

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Responsibilities include conducting medication reviews, participating in ward rounds, and providing advice on complex medication regimens. You will also ensure compliance with local and national medication policies and guidelines, as well as contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmaceutical services across sites.

Requirements:

We are looking for a GPhC-registered Pharmacist with prior hospital experience, preferably in clinical or ward-based settings. A full UK driving licence is required for cross-site travel. The ideal candidate should be able to work 3 days per week and have an immediate start preference.
