Job Title: Associate Market Research Director

This is a client-facing role within our research team, with the primary aim of developing small and medium-sized accounts by growing, managing, and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities include client interaction, research design, proposal writing, and taking responsibility for the quality of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
  • Design and execute research projects to meet client needs
  • Write proposals and reports to present findings and recommendations
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Agency experience is essential for this role
  • Relevant research experience within the food, drink, household care, and personal care industry is advantageous
  • Product testing experience is ideal
  • Experience within both small and large agencies would be beneficial
  • Quant experience is essential, and qual is desirable
  • Strong self-management and communications skills
