About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Research Director to join our Global Client Partner team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our biggest FMCG client relationships and working closely with account leads within the MMR family to strategically develop global accounts.

As a Market Research Director, you will have a strong background in research and innovation, with a proven ability to grow accounts across client needs and geographies. You will be highly collaborative, always seeking to get the best out of people, and able to learn quickly and speak about the MMR Family confidently with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to grow global accounts and maximize their commercial potential
  • Work closely with account leads to strategically develop global accounts and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to execute the right tactics to uncover growth
  • Nominate people to lead globally on key areas of knowledge and execution to ensure consistency across the account
  • Ensure key stakeholders are happy with levels of consistency and action any feedback via the account team
Requirements
  • Min. 5 years background in research (or innovation/strategic marketing within FMCG)
  • Previous research/consulting and client responsibility across many global markets preferred
  • Proven ability to grow accounts across client needs and geographies
  • Highly collaborative and always seeking to get the best out of people
  • Ability to learn quickly and speak about the MMR Family confidently with clients
  • Flexible on plans and highly adaptable
  • An organised, strategic thinker with excellent time keeping skills
  • A self-starter who can work well both independently and part of a team
