Risk Management Lead

Job Overview
InterQuest Group is seeking a seasoned Risk Management professional to lead the development and implementation of effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Operational Risk frameworks. This role will be responsible for ensuring the organization's risk profile is aligned with its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust ERM framework, incorporating Risk Management Frameworks (RMFs), Threat and Vulnerability Management (TPRMF), and Operational Resilience processes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the organization is at the forefront of current and emerging risk topics.
- Collaborate with senior executives to provide strategic risk advice and guidance.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure the organization adheres to best practices in risk management.
- Foster a positive risk culture by promoting a proactive and forward-thinking approach to risk management.
- Work closely with the 3 Lines of Defense (3LOD) to raise risk awareness and responsibility across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ERM and Operational Risk frameworks.
- Strong risk management and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector, including General Insurance, Life Insurance, and Brokerage.
- Experience in managing teams and leading by example.
- Relevant risk qualifications, such as the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) certification.
Working Arrangements
This role is a hybrid position, with approximately 2 days spent in the office per week.
