Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our premium fast-paced restaurant in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience for our customers and creating a fantastic environment for your team.
About the Role
- Drive Customer Service Standards: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across the site.
- Drive Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and ensure site profitability.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Maintain Company and Brand Standards: Ensure all company and brand standards are upheld, including adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Achieve Store and Company KPIs: Meet and exceed store and company Key Performance Indicators.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with current trends.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
- Operational Excellence: Possess high levels of operational, leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Target Driven: Be target-driven and customer-service orientated.
