Zachary Daniels is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead a premium fast-paced restaurant in Exeter. With a salary of up to £40,000 plus an impressive bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a General Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a fantastic work environment for their team.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer service standards, driving sales, and ensuring site profitability. You will also be responsible for training, coaching, and developing your team, maintaining company and brand standards, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer service standards in your site.
  • Drive sales and ensure site profitability.
  • Train, coach, and develop your team.
  • Maintain company and brand standards.
  • Achieve store and company KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy being on the floor - no sitting in the office for you
  • Demonstrate high levels of operational, leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Be target-driven and customer-service-oriented.
  • Be highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
