Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Seaside Hotel in Devon. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the restaurant and bar operations, and ensuring a smooth running of the outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
