Care Homes Medication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Care Homes Medication Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our community care services, providing expert advice and guidance on medication management.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our care homes. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to develop personalized medication plans that meet their individual needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also have experience with IT systems and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
