Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy a warm and welcoming stay.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing housekeeping staff and leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve performance and efficiency
What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, we offer a range of benefits including a generous holiday allowance and access to training and development opportunities.
