About the Role...

We're seeking a skilled Brand Ambassador to accelerate the growth of our brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll focus on building the brand through events, social media, and shopper & trade marketing. We're looking for a creative marketer who understands how to bring brands to life in a way that engages consumers and creates strong emotional connections.

Your Responsibilities...

  • Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of trade and consumer shows, from stand design and build to creating collateral and merchandise, stand activation, and team management.
  • Social Media: Develop and execute a social media strategy, delivering engaging content that supports our wider marketing efforts while building a community of brand fans.
  • Shopper & Trade Marketing: Support the delivery of a strong trade and shopper marketing plan, creating excellent creative that matches our wider marketing activity.
  • Coffee Activation: Collaborate with our Coffee Community Manager to develop opportunities to further our relationships and credibility in the coffee scene, deliver exciting events and activities to engage trade and consumers.
  • Tone of Voice: Own our tone of voice and be an exceptional copywriter for all consumer touchpoints, from blog posts to social media posts and wider marketing materials.
  • Line Management: Manage our Marketing & Office Assistant, ensuring the office is a great place to work and consumer enquiries are responded to.

  • Previous marketing experience, ideally in a challenger brand environment.
  • Creative skills with an understanding of how to engage and excite consumers.
  • Experience in social media content development and events planning.
  • Excellent team player with great communication skills.
  • Open to challenging yourself and working outside your comfort zone.
