Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting meaningful assessments and designing impactful therapy plans in diverse environments.
  • Building enduring relationships with participants and witnessing the lasting impact of your work.
  • Experiencing a varied caseload with a variety of tasks managed within a supportive environment.
  • Working towards a balanced target of 5 hours helping participants daily.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • 18+ months of clinical experience.
  • Alignment with our core values.
  • A valid full driver's license.
  • Relevant employment checks.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. With a strong focus on work-life balance, we provide flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package, including Better Rewards, referral bonuses, and wellness days.
