We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team at Quarriers, a leading provider of person-centred services for people with physical and learning disabilities. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective running of the service, ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
About the Role
This is a full-time role, requiring a minimum of 39 hours per week. You will be responsible for managing your own time and support hours, as well as supporting your team members to achieve their goals. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of compassion, enthusiasm, and excellent problem-solving skills, as well as reliability, resilience, and good communication skills.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A SVQ Social Care level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- A strong understanding of person-centred care principles
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including training, generous holiday entitlement, and the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives.
