Food and Beverage Team Member

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in the Food and Beverage Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms, as well as assisting with cleaning and tidying areas and equipment used during their work shift.
Key Responsibilities- Set up the restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms as required by the hotel, and assist with cleaning and tidying areas and equipment used during their work shift.
- Assist with setting up catering at break times for seminars, in meeting rooms, for banquets, at breakfast, in the bar, and prepares trays for room service as required by the hotel.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.
- Assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
- Friendly, approachable, with excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong team player and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Essential to be flexible with working hours.
- Must already have the right to work in the UK.
