Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain the restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including setting up catering for seminars, meetings, and banquets.
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Have knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and menu items, including preparation methods and garnishes.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
