Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Support Worker to join our team at an Outstanding School in Somerset. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with special needs and be passionate about making a positive impact.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement plans to support students with special educational needs
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive the best possible education
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to share progress and concerns
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities
- Fully qualified driver with access to a vehicle (desirable)
