Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our team at CSL Seqirus. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the Security operation and Soft Services at the Liverpool sites, ensuring pharmaceutical quality and regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the security operation across the Liverpool sites, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with current regulations, legislation, and organisational standards.
  • Accountability for security procedures and Assignment Instructions, as well as coordination of day-to-day Facilities activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve the performance of outsourced services, including general facilities services, catering, and waste services.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure outsourced service provision meets operational and legal compliance aspects of the site.
  • Manage and support in delivering the Facilities Management budget to ensure operational and cost-effective provision of outsourced services.
  • Collect and monitor data to ensure accurate response to reported problems, elevating cGMP related issues to Leadership and Quality stakeholders.
  • Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety standards, local zoning laws, and GMP regulations.
Requirements
  • Recognised industry Security and Manned guarding Qualification.
  • Minimum Institute of Workplace and Facilities Mgt industry certification.
  • Proven experience within a Facilities/Security environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skillset.
  • Action and problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive multiple accountabilities simultaneously.
  • Functional knowledge of operating within a GMP regulated environment.
