The Role:

You will:

  • Act as a central point of contact for managers, providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of effective organizational change initiatives.
  • Advise on and support complex employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement and lead projects to deliver these initiatives.
  • Coach and develop managers and colleagues on effective people practices, promoting a culture of excellence.

What you need:

  • A graduate-level education and CIPD membership or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in generalist or specialist advisory HR roles, with operational experience of employment law, case management, and organizational change management
  • Experience advising and influencing senior managers on HR issues
  • A positive and flexible approach to problem-solving at a strategic and operational level
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce and present clear, well-structured reports
  • Experience of project planning and delivery
