Site Installation Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Installation Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, requiring travel to UK-based sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce safe working procedures for installation teams and subcontractors, adhering to Health & Safety Regulations such as the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2015.
  • Manage the installation of Material Handling Systems, utilizing cutting-edge technology to improve warehouse logistics.
  • Develop and implement systematic approaches to problem-solving and issue management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Organize day-to-day tasks and prepare for future projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
