Job Title: Installation Supervisor

Reporting To: Contracts Manager

Purpose: As an Installation Supervisor with Parker Jones Group Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating site labour to ensure the safe and commercial delivery of projects. You will work closely with the Contracts team to deliver projects to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Help site teams deliver project quality standards.
  2. Supervise, coordinate, and monitor sub-contractors, material suppliers, and providers.
  3. Complete installation Q.C paperwork, including installation records and material requisition sheets.
  4. Develop safe systems of work to ensure best practice and continual improvement.
  5. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, head office, and the general workforce involved in the project.
  6. Comply with health and safety, quality, and environmental control on site.
  7. Use nominated IT software packages.
  8. Report all incidents, delays, defects, and problems immediately to the Project/Contracts Manager.
  9. Solve problems proactively as part of a committed project team.
  10. Assist in improving monthly project KPI results.
  11. Participate in site surveys as required.
  12. Undertake any other tasks as directed by the Contracts Manager or senior management.
