About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Adult Social Worker to join our team at Rochdale Council. As a key member of our adult care services, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality social work services to adults in need, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare and voluntary sector partners, to ensure comprehensive support for service users.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and carers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of adults in need.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
