Job Overview

This role requires a highly motivated and inspirational leader who can effectively manage the ongoing developments and delivery of care in an acute care setting.

The ideal candidate will possess high-quality clinical and managerial skills to ensure the maintenance of current high standards of effective patient care delivery.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include taking total management responsibility, promoting good working relationships, and being accountable for the professional development of staff within the Multidisciplinary Team.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist with experience managing and leading teams, with a preference for those with experience in acute or older adult inpatient settings.
