About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a High-Quality Home Care Manager and lead our dedicated team delivering high-quality home care services.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of services that consistently meet or exceed 'good' CQC standards, leading and inspiring your team, and using data and systems to enhance financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the delivery of services that meet or exceed CQC standards.
  • Leading and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Using data and systems to enhance financial sustainability.
  • Representing the service to health and social care professionals.
  • Collaborating with other managers to provide seamless support for carers.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,726 per annum, and you will be based in Borehamwood with some travel, including to Hertford.

About You

You will need to be a passionate and experienced care professional with strong leadership and organisational skills. Essential skills and experience include:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in a regulated health or social care environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A commitment to valuing and supporting carers and people with care needs.
  • A clean driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle insured for business purposes.

Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to provide constructive feedback and inspire your team are essential qualities for this role.
