Care Home Clinical Lead

About the Role
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing our nursing staff, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained across the home. You will work closely with the Home Manager and Regional Manager to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Requirements
We are looking for a qualified nurse (RGN/RMN) with previous experience in a nursing home setting. You should have strong clinical knowledge and a genuine passion for elderly and dementia care. Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity is essential, as is the ability to motivate and develop others. What We Offer
