Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £48,000 - £70,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to join our community team and provide bespoke care and support to young people in their own homes. Your expertise in managing clinical complex needs, particularly Tracheostomy, Ventilation, and TPN, will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing holistic care and support to young people with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working closely with individuals with clinical complex needs
  • Availability for last-minute shifts on an as-and-when basis
  • Willingness to travel
