About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Residential Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Working with Us

You will be working 30 hours a week, with shifts from 4pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, but may be required to work some weekends. We offer a range of benefits, including career development opportunities, an extensive wellbeing package, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain patient rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces
  • Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, linen management, and waste disposal
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as part of a close-knit team.
