About the Role

The IT Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for assisting the delivery of IT services to end clients through the supply of contracted services and value-added activities. The role will involve incident and request management at customer sites, including installation, troubleshooting, and decommissioning of software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve IT incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide second-line support for software and hardware fault resolution.
  • Install, move, and add services related to IT equipment on customer sites.
  • Contribute to activities of all onsite SCC teams as required.
  • Install and remediate software as needed.
  • Analyze IT tickets and prioritize accordingly.
  • Follow local asset management policies and procedures.
  • Plan and direct own activities with minimal management supervision.
  • Meet or exceed SLA commitments.
  • Contribute to activities of all onsite SCC teams as required.
  • Proactively seek improvements and ensure they are captured and progressed.
  • Work with onsite management to develop and improve the service being provided.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with local Fire, Security, and Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems.
  • A customer-orientated approach with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively influence and negotiate with personnel at various organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and planning skills to achieve results.
  • Ability to manage and create professional and articulate documents.
  • Ability to handle difficult and demanding customer environments.
  • ITIL awareness.
