Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Project Management Officer to join our team as a Senior Project Controls Professional. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk, and quality for a development or delivery area of the HS2 Programme.

The Role
In this role, you will:
  1. Develop and maintain an integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk, and quality.
  2. Manage and co-ordinate project controls activities within the supply chain.
  3. Analyse data and reports submitted, providing insights and trends on performance and risks.
  4. Manage periodic correlation of schedule, cost, quality, and risk to drive expedient programme delivery.
  5. Identify and manage risks for a development or delivery area of the HS2 Programme.
  6. Manage change management processes, ensuring impacts to the baseline are effectively assessed and managed.
  7. Ensure compliance with reporting life cycles and undertake self-assessment of procedural compliance.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A deep understanding of project controls disciplines, including Schedule Management, Cost Management, Change Management, and Risk Management.
  • Experience in managing multi-discipline project controls teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £68,150 per annum, depending on skills and experience. In addition, we provide flexible benefits fund of 20% paid on top of base salary, fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits. Check them out in the Benefits section on our website.
