Bid Analysis Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team at Nybor Ltd. As a key member of our Bid Management team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality bids and tenders that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bid strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead the development of bid teams and ensure that all bid materials are of the highest quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all bid requirements are met
  • Manage the bid process from start to finish, including bid writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Ensure that all bid materials are compliant with client requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid management and development
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
