Bid Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team at Nybor Ltd. As a key member of our Bid Management team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality bids and tenders that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement bid strategies that align with our business objectives
- Lead the development of bid teams and ensure that all bid materials are of the highest quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all bid requirements are met
- Manage the bid process from start to finish, including bid writing, editing, and proofreading
- Ensure that all bid materials are compliant with client requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bid management and development
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
