Bid and Marketing Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bid and Marketing Administrator. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating content for bid submissions and competitions, researching project histories, and developing and executing the marketing plan for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate content for bid submissions and competitions
  • Research project histories, practice procedures, and general business requirements in support of bids
  • Develop and execute the marketing plan for the business in consultation with the practice partners
  • Prepare and issue social media posts, website updates, and press releases
  • Coordinate and submit architectural award entries
  • Plan and coordinate events
  • Keep the practice directory up to date and maintain a good working knowledge of our client base
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in bid writing and marketing administration is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driving licence
