About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Technician to cover Maternity leave in our practice. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice and the ability to prepare accounts from a variety of client records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Year End Accounts
  • General bookkeeping
  • Tax Returns

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice
  • Ability to prepare accounts from a variety of client records
  • Well-organised and able to work accurately with good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Xero Accounts software and automated data input systems

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
