Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Partnership team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing lasting relationships with our Channel and Technology partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the growth and success of our partner network, overseeing key accounts and driving the development of our Channel Program.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard and manage our global partner network, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
- Recruit and network with new partners to expand our global reach.
- Lead partner onboarding processes and strategic planning, driving business growth and revenue.
- Conduct sales enablement training to equip partners with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
- Collaborate with Distributors and Resellers to develop a world-class Channel Program.
- Regularly communicate with partners to ensure alignment and resource availability.
- Report to the Head of Strategy and share insights with the senior management team.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within the IT industry.
- Willingness to travel internationally, approximately once per month.
- Experience in channel account management is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (based on skills and experience) + Profit Share.
