About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with the executive principal to ensure that educational and therapeutic standards are consistently outstanding, meeting the expectations of the Independent Schools Standards (ISS) and Ofsted.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the efficient organisation, timetabling, management, and supervision of the school and staff team.
- Leading and managing behaviour positively in line with the school's policy.
- Being a first point of senior contact for parents, visitors, staff, and pupils.
- Collaborating with other leaders and teachers to support the quality of education and therapy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified teacher status or a relevant degree-level qualification.
- Successful teaching experience within a Primary setting with SEMH/SEN pupils.
- Recent CP and Safer Recruitment training.
- Experience of school development and improvement strategies.
- Evidence of involvement in CPD activities related to SEMH/SEN.
