Paediatric Nursing Specialist

As a Children’s Health Care Professional with Austin Fraser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. With our ongoing shifts in Surrey, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for paediatrics.
Job Details- Location: Surrey
- Hours: Full-time, 07:00 - 20:00, and 20:00 - 07:00 (Mon - Sun)
- Estimated Salary: £32.50 per hour
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviours and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records to facilitate communication and continuity of care.
- Ensure adherence to medical and ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity at all times.
- Stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Prior experience working in Paediatric wards or NICU/PICU environments is highly valued.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, risk assessment, and crisis intervention skills to effectively manage complex situations.
- Qualifications as a Registered Children's Nurse are essential for this role.
