Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality care to patients with haematological conditions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering chemotherapy treatments, conducting clinical assessments, and providing holistic care to patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering a range of haematological chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans
- Conducting clinical assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Building long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills to address gaps in clinical competency and stay compliant with business policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse qualification
- Experience in administering Cytotoxic drugs and cannulating patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £52,000 - £57,200 per annum
