Truck Driver Opportunities in Oxfordshire

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 2 driver to join our team. As a truck driver for Thorne and Wait, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to our clients near Witney, Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an HGV vehicle to transport goods
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 license
- Good knowledge of roads and traffic laws
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
- Variable schedule with early morning starts
- No overnight stays or weekend work
- 45 hours of work per week with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Benefits:
- Circa £34-35k salary
- 23 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays
- Opportunity to save 3 days holiday per year for Christmas/New Year break
