We are seeking a Career Opportunities Coordinator to support residents across Newcastle, North Tyneside, and Northumberland in their employment journey.



Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employability teams in delivering high-quality learning programs.
  • Prepare and maintain learning resources and equipment.
  • Organize and undertake day-to-day maintenance of equipment.
  • Undertake administration duties and engage with local communities.
  • Contribute to learner development and encourage resilience.
  • Support individuals and groups through learning sessions and referral routes.


Standard Responsibilities for all positions at NCG:

  • Participate in staff reviews and performance management processes.
  • Take responsibility for health and safety.
  • Pursue equal opportunities throughout all activities.
  • Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the level of this post.
  • Comply with all NCG policies and procedures.

Benefits and Salary
