Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing HR functions in a complex organisation.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR issues and procedures, with experience of providing HR services to the education sector.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience of implementing information systems and processes.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with experience of building positive relationships with stakeholders.
