Job Overview

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and flexible Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to older adults in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, ensuring they feel valued and connected.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as cooking, light housework, and personal care, to promote independence and well-being.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, facilitating access to their community.
  • Support clients with personal care needs, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.

Requirements:

  • A caring nature and the desire to make a positive impact on others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' needs.
  • Aged 18 or older.
  • A driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (as you may be required to take clients out and about).
