About the Role

The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for planning and developing breakfast menus, considering seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately for morning service in the hotel.
  • Work efficiently to ensure breakfast items are prepared and served in a timely manner, especially during peak morning hours when hotel guests typically dine.
  • Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients in line with hotel budget guidelines.
  • Assist in training new colleagues on breakfast preparation techniques.

About You

You will possess proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a luxury hotel environment, with strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of breakfast cuisine and various cooking techniques.
