Support Staff in Healthcare

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Staff in Healthcare to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and skilled individual to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients and their families.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a healthcare setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions.
As a Support Staff in Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, supporting clinical teams, and promoting a positive patient experience. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with experienced colleagues and mentors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and guidelines.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing skills and knowledge in line with Trust requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrates empathy and compassion in all interactions.
- Numeracy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6).
- Literacy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6).
